Marcelo successfully negotiated a 15-year lease and, importantly, ensured the bank approved the new tenant in time for the refinance. Without his persistence and professionalism, I might have been forced to come up with $1 million from other sources. Thanks to his effort, we closed on time, the bank was satisfied, and I felt completely confident in the new tenants.
